We have several spaces that have become available across our Wasps estate. We currently have available artists' studio spaces in: Stromness Studios, Orkney and The Steeple, Newburgh; and creative/cultural office spaces for creative businesses, charities and social enterprises available in The Briggait, Perth Creative Exchange, South Block, and seeking interest for Inverness Creative Academy. We are delighted to announce rarely available studio space at the Wasps Stromness Studios in Orkney.
Studio 004 is approx 127 Sq. Ft. and available from 1 June 2021 on a monthly rolling lease.
Description: Studio 004 is a first floor self-contained studio space with natural light. The studio is well proportioned with common water supply nearby. The building is home to a number of local artists and makers including Soulisquoy Printmakers. Stromness Studios also provides public Wi-Fi , an all-inclusive rent and 24 hour access to tenants. Studio 002: 135 Sq. Ft.
A cosy studio space that would suit an individual artist or maker. The studio has an open plan aspect to allow for good natural light. The studio has ground floor access and common water supply can be found nearby the studio.
Studio 003: 113 Sq. Ft.
Ground floor studio that would suit a range of different practices. The studio has an open plan aspect to allow for good natural light. The studio has ground floor access and common water supply nearby.
Studio 005: 151Sq. Ft.
First floor studio that would suit a range of different practices. The studio has an open plan aspect to allow for good natural light. The Steeple is fully accessible and water supply can be found nearby the studio.
Communal water, bathroom and tea prep areas are all located next to the studios. Tenants have 24 hour access to the space. The Steeple is an award-winning arts facility in Newburgh, a picturesque town in north east Fife. Wasps renovated the former town hall, town house and corn exchange in 2008 to provide six studios spaces and a project space.
