We have several spaces that have become available across our Wasps estate. We currently have available artists' studio spaces in: Perth Creative Exchange; Albion Road, Edinburgh; Stromness Studios, Orkney; Links Studios, Nairn; and creative/cultural office spaces for creative businesses, charities and social enterprises available in The Briggait, Perth Creative Exchange and South Block. All details below.
The majority of available artist studios are only advertised internally to our registered waiting list. For all information on eligibility and to apply to our register to receive these adverts, please visit this section of our website.
Take a studio space in our beautiful newly refurbished creative hub, the first of it's kind in the area, opened at the end of 2019. We currently have two studios available at Perth Creative Exchange, details of available spaces are as below:
Studio 203 is 581 Sq. Ft. A very large, bright and airy studio with dual aspect to the south and west, suitable for an artist's group, share, or an individual.
Studio 214 is 387.50 Sq. Ft. Another of our large studio spaces. Great natural light, suitable for an artist's group, share or an individual.

Studio 203, Perth Creative Exchange
We have one studio available at the in Edinburgh. Albion Road has 22 studios over two floors and currently provides workspace for 33 artists. Albion Road is not a fully accessible building.
Studio 109 is 429 Sq. ft. A large first floor studio with good natural light. Communal water supply can be found nearby the studio. The space would suit an artist working on a large scale, or a collective or small group of artists looking to share. Available with immediate effect on a fixed-term basis running to 31st July 2021.

Albion Road, Edinburgh
We have one studio available in our Stromness Studios in Orkney. Officially opened in October 2016, Wasps brought the former Stromness Library back into use providing four studio spaces and a permanent home for Solisquoy Printmakers.

Stromness Studios, Orkney
We currently have one studio available in our small and lively artists's community by the water in Nairn.
Studio 001 approx. 280 Sq. Ft.. One of our largest studios in the complex, suitable for either a community organisation, individual artist, or artist group.

Wasps are delighted to announce four office units available at the beautiful Briggait building in Glasgow's Merchant City.
These spaces are specifically targeted towards creative, charitable organisations or cultural enterprises.

A good, well-proportioned office space located around The Briggait’s beautiful 1873 Courtyard Hall. The space is large enough for 4 desks plus storage. Available with immediate effect.

An attractive, well-proportioned office. The space has a large, ornate window allowing for good, natural light and is large enough for up to 3 desks plus room for storage. Available with immediate effect.
