We currently have available artists' studio spaces in: Eagle House, Aberdeen; Langstane Place, Aberdeen; Meadow Mill Studios, Dundee; Cannonwalls and Claverhouse, Kirkcudbright; The Steeple, Newburgh and creative/cultural office spaces available in The Briggait, Perth Creative Exchange and South Block. Rare opportunity where we have three studios available to rent in Aberdeen, at Eagle House Studios, Shore Lane and Langstane Place Studios. As a tenant you will have 24 hour access, connectivity to Wi-Fi and city centre location.

Wasps redeveloped Langstane Place back in 2005 which houses 32 studios over 3 floors and currently supports 39 artists. The building is not DDA compliant.

Third floor studio, Langstane Place, Aberdeen
We have a number of studio spaces available to rent at Meadow Mill Studios, Dundee to suit a range of different practices and budgets.
Two bay studios within a larger, open-plan space are available with immediate effect. Both are located on the building's third floor and are both 128 Sq Ft with storage and good natural light. Each space is let on a separate monthly rolling lease.
Three self-contained studios are all available with immediate effect. The spaces have natural light, are all located on the building's 2nd floor, and are just over 200 Sq. Ft. each. They are all let on a separate leases: two studios are available on monthly rolling contracts, and one on a fixed-term lease until March 2021.
All studios have 24 hour access, WiFi connectivity and passenger lift to all floors. Communal water supply nearby each studio and access to kitchens and bathrooms on each floor. The building has limited car-parking facilities.

Two affordable studio spaces are available for rent at The Steeple in Newburgh, Fife:
Studio 004 is a very attractive ground floor studio with good light, easy access, connectivity to Wi-Fi and 24 hour access.
Studio 005 is a smaller first floor studio with good natural light, connectivity to WiFi and 24 hour access.
Communal water, bathroom and tea prep areas are all located next to the studios. The Steeple is an award-winning arts facility in Newburgh, a picturesque town in north east Fife. Wasps renovated the former town hall, town house and corn exchange in 2008 to provide six studios spaces and a project space. Wasps are delighted to announce four office units are available at the beautiful Briggait building in Glasgow's Merchant City.
These spaces are specifically targeted towards creative, charitable organisations or cultural enterprises.

Office 217 - 241 Sq. Ft. approx.
An attractive, self-contained space. Large enough for three to four desks plus storage, carpeted with internal windows overlooking the Briggait 1873 hall.
Office 223 - 120 Sq. Ft. approx.
A cosy, compact self-contained office space which would fit two desks plus some storage. Window overlooking Briggait 1873 hall.
Office 228 - 160 Sq. Ft. approx.
Medium-sized self-contained office which would comfortably fit three desks plus storage. The space is carpeted and includes a beautiful ornate window which overlooks Clyde Street by the river.
Office 233 - 126 Sq. Ft. approx.
Small but perfectly formed self-contained office which would comfortably fit two desks plus extra room for storage. Attractive wooden floor, overlooking Briggait 1873 hall.

Wasps are delighted to present two attractive, first floor creative offices available to let at South Block; a vibrant, creative hub of artists, designers and makers located in Glasgow's Merchant City.
South Block is a stunning 50,000 sq. ft. Studio complex that provides 96 studios for Glasgow’s creative community.
All units are self-contained and benefit from natural light, fibre broadband, use of meeting rooms, reception and break out space, 24 hour access, as well as hireable exhibition and event space. The building also has a cafe located on ground floor operated by Dear Green Coffee Roasters. All offices are available to creative businesses and industries with flexible lease terms available for minimum of 1 year.
