I mainly create sculpture and other 3D artworks in a variety of media and techniques.
My work is a response to personal experience and deals with life and death and our connectedness with nature, which includes gender issues. It is often informed by imagery of the mythical from different cultures and organic forms of the natural world.
I have exhibited sculpture and 3D work in ceramic, mixed-media/assemblage, and bronze, as well as photography in solo-exhibitions and as a contributing artist for a number of years in Scotland and further afield. In 2015, HRH the Prince of Wales visited our two-artists exhibition ‘The Shared Heart’.
